« It was a good session, we were very quick at the start but it’s unfortunate that there was a red flag toward the end as I think that the car was getting quicker and quicker so I was not able to show my full potential. We were caught in the traffic in the end which costed us one or two laps but in the end it is good to get a pole and hopefully we will be able to convert it into a race win tomorrow.”

Pedro Moreno, Team Virage, Ligier JS P4 #66, pole position, race 2:

“It was a very good session, we showed a lot of speed and pace. I’m really happy with this pole position for tomorrow and now we will focus on the race.”

Noé Da Cunha, Les Deux Arbres, JS2 R #50, pole position, race 2:

“We had a little trouble this morning in FP1 because my teammate Antoine (Lepesqueux) and I couldn’t get on track. Everything went well in FP2, and we had a good car for qualifying. I’m delighted to have won this pole position with the team.”
